Sign up with your email or Google account. Your account is your portal for the whole process.

Complete the online application
One form, about ten minutes, for Medical Billing & Coding, Medical Assistant, EKG Technician. Save your progress any time and submit when you're ready. Every other program is currently taking waitlist names instead.

Pay the $100 application fee
A one-time, non-refundable fee reserves your file for the cohort. Your fee status is always visible in your student portal.

Talk with an advisor
An admissions advisor calls to confirm your goals, answer questions, and review requirements.

Confirm your seat
Review your enrollment agreement and payment plan, then reserve your place in the cohort. Installment payment plans carry 2.9% interest.

Start class November 4, 2026
Orientation, materials, and your instructor introductions land in your portal before day one.
What you need
- $100 non-refundable application fee
- 18 years or older by your start date (16+ with guardian consent)
- High school diploma or GED
- Government-issued photo ID
- Reliable internet access and a laptop or tablet
- Background check and immunization records before clinical placement
Tuition & funding
Tuition is set per program and published with your enrollment agreement. Monthly payment plans are available, and our team will walk you through employer sponsorship and workforce grant options during your advisor call.
